A new HP Tablet PC running WebOS may be here by the end of 2010.

The report on Techeye.net , suggests that the device, nicknamed Hurricane, will run the OS that HP inherited from buying out Palm earlier this year.

The article also considers how the device might be constructed, perhaps using the hardware from the Slate project.
